So why that name you ask? Well, it was inspired by the
Yogi Bhajan tribute video You Are The Lighthouse

It was incredibly profound for me, and I wrote a short story I called Be the Lighthouse.
That was the start of my book, which is called, that's right, Be the Lighthouse.
I just realized, that was right before I started doing Bound Lotus....

Be the Lighthouse is a collection of my experiences with Kundalini Yoga, Bound Lotus, Winter and
Summer Solstice, White Tantric Yoga and everything in between as I walk the path of life.
